Our clinic office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, The clinic is closed on Wednesdays.

Our lab is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. If your lab was not ordered from a provider at Premier Medical Group, then please bring your order form from your referring physician.

When we are not working in the office, telephone calls are answered by Owensboro Health Call Center.

Patients are strongly encouraged to keep their appointments. If you must cancel, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 charge is assessed to patients who do not call to cancel and/or re-schedule within 24 hours. This time frame allows us to call other patients waiting for appointments.

Our insurance and billing department is conveniently located in our office. We participate with most insurance companies; however, it is the patient's responsibility to know their insurance plans. Amounts such as co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles must be paid at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

Please look at any statements that you receive. Unless you speak with one of our insurance representatives, the balance owed is due with 30 days to avoid formal collection efforts. We use a collection agency called GLA Collection Agency to collect accounts that are past due.
